Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM and check-out is any time before 11:00 AM. If you'd like a late checkout, you must schedule that in advance with our office. Unscheduled check-outs after 11:00 am will be billed $50 + tax fee.

We are dog-friendly! The pet fee is $25.00 for small dogs (dogs <10 lbs) and $50.00 for all other dogs, charged as individuals, which covers the duration of your stay. Dogs must be announced at check-in. Please clean up after your pet, doggie bags are provided in the front yard. Guest agrees that his or her debit/credit card will be charged a $50.00 cleaning fee for failure to abide by these terms.

This is a Non-Smoking Property. Burning candles, incense, or any other devices is also prohibited. 

Guest agrees that their debit/credit card will be charged a $100.00 cleaning fee for failure to abide by these terms. Smoking is permitted in the park/deck areas.

The guest agrees that his or her debit/credit card will be charged for any missing items or damages to the property. 

Guest agrees to the above terms upon reserving room(s).

• You may call and reschedule your reservation one time for up to one year of the original reservation date at no charge before check-in at 3 pm on your due date.  

• You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 7 days before your check-in. Once you are within 7 days of your reservation, you will be charged 50% of your total reservation canceled. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount. After check-in, any unused nights will not be refunded. 

If you are creating a booking online and you know you are exempt from state taxes, please fill out this form and email it to info@blancocountyinn.com before creating your booking. We will create your booking once this has been processed!
