Cash Policy
While we do accept cash we require exact change along with a credit card for accidentals.
Cancellation Policy
You may call and reschedule your reservation one time for up to one year of the original reservation date at no charge before check-in at 3 pm on your due date.
You may cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 7 days before your check-in. Once you are within 7 days of your reservation, you will be charged 50% of your total reservation canceled. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Check-In
Check Out is at 11 am.
If availability allows, a late check out can be approved for an additional $15 per hour after 11 AM, and the full night's room plus tax after 1 PM.

Cleaning Fees
Guests who leave their room in an excessively dirty state that requires cleaning above and beyond normal procedures are subject to a cleaning fee of no less than $130. While not an all-inclusive list, we may define an excessively dirty room as having:

Damage Fees
All guests or visitors on the hotel premises are responsible for their own behavior at all times. Any guest or visitor who causes damage to equipment, grounds or buildings will be responsible for repairs and loss of use. Repairs and replacements will be charged at their actual value, plus 15%.
Disruptions
Our hotel has a quiet-hours policy in effect from 11 p.m.–8 a.m. During this time, excessive noise is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to loud music or entertainment, shouting, running, propping open of room doors, or any other activity that may be disruptive to other guests. Guests and visitors found to be causing a disruption will be given one courtesy warning. Should the disruption continue, guests and visitors may be subject to eviction with no refunds.
Early Departure Policy
Departure dates are reconfirmed at check-in. After check-in, any unused nights will not be refunded.
Eviction Policy
Blanco County Inn may evict a guest or party from the hotel premises in select situations. These situations include, but are not limited to:
At no time is Blanco County Inn authorized to evict or to refuse or deny service or accommodations to a person because of race, religion, color, sex, disability, national origin or ancestry.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, a credit card in the guest’s name must be presented and will be authorized for the following amounts:
Upon check-out, final charges will be posted to your card. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5–7 business days to see the final amount reflected on your account.
Please be advised, the authorizations placed on your card will hold these funds from your account. For credit cards, this may affect your available credit. For debit cards, this may affect your available account balance. Please contact your financial institution to learn more about these types of authorizations.
Lost and Found
Blanco County Inn assumes no liability for lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged valuables or belongings. If you discover that you have left behind something of value to you, please call us immediately and we will try to assist you in locating your lost item.
FOUND ITEMS: Blanco County Inn is not responsible for any item left behind by a guest. However, any item, with the exception of perishable items, left behind by our guests and found after departure by Housekeeping will be collected, logged in, and kept in a secure location for collection by the owner for up to thirty (30) days.
RETURN: We would be happy to return your lost item(s) to you by the United States Postal Services (USPS). Your credit card will be charged for the cost of packaging and postage, plus a 25% handling fee. IF you wish to have it sent out via UPS or FED EX you will need to arrange that on your end and email us the label. Blanco County Inn is not responsible for any item lost or misdirected during shipment by the United States Postal Service.
Pet Policy
We love your furry friends as much as you do.
Blanco County Inn is proud to invite your cuddly companions and provide special amenities like bowls, towels, ect. at check-in. We’ll greet your pet with an arrival letter outlining our local recommendations for a pawsome stay.
Blanco County Inn welcomes well-mannered pets, with no breed or weight restrictions. Up to two pets are permitted per suite
Fees are based on wights. Smaller pets, <15 lbs., are $25.00 while anything larger is $50.00.
All pets staying must be properly licensed and up to date on their vaccines. The pet policy must be signed and sent over along with a pet photo prior to arrival.

Smoking Policy
This is a Non-Smoking Property. Burning candles, incense, or any other devices is also prohibited. Guest agrees that his or her debit/credit card will be charged a $200.00 Penalty Fee for failure to abide by these terms. Smoking is permitted in the parking/deck areas.
Tax Exemption
To apply for exemption, an organization must complete and submit supporting documentation.
